  • If your printer is not connecting to a network or the computer, check the cable. You can also try a different port to solve the issue or consider replacing it with a new cable. 
  • If the printer displays a low toner or ink, consider replacing the toner. Inkjet printers usually have low ink or toner issues compared to other printers. A major disadvantage of the inkjet printer is that it doesn’t print when one of its multiple cartridges is empty.

When the ink is replaced you would see a signal on your printer indicating the change. Some printer will display a message showing the ink or toner has been replaced.
